Operators are always available to any caller.  For situations where a simple automated greeting makes sense, we can route callers appropriately without requiring operator time.  For example, the initial recorded announcement typically gives the name of the practice, suggests that callers dial 911 for a medical emergency, allows immediate paging via a live operator, and permits leaving a voice mail for less critical needs. 

Human operators are always available to assist callers who give no response to the automated system.  Callers are never left adrift in an automated attendant.  Calls can be patched through to the on-call physician for critical cases.  We can also provide appointment scheduling services if you desire.
